We process all orders within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). During Black Friday and Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once processed, delivery times are:
- Spain: 24–48 h
- Spain (Islands): 48–72 h
- France, Italy, Germany: 48–72 h
- Rest of Europe: 48–72 h
- UK: 3–5 days
- USA: 3–5 days
- Rest of the world: 5–9 days
2. Can I exchange or return my order?
You can request any return or exchange through our returns portal.
You have 15 calendar days to submit your request, and during Black Friday and Christmas, the return period is extended until January 10.
Items must be unworn, with original tags, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
3. How can I find my size?
Most of our models wear a size S, which can serve as a general reference.

4. What should I do if my order arrives with an issue?
Do not use the item and keep it in the same condition you received it.
Take clear photos of the product (and packaging if needed) and email us at info@h-andover.com with your order number.
