HAND OVER SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your purchase has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email and our team will begin processing your order as quickly as possible so it can arrive to you soon.

You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order at any time.

Tracking updates may take between 24–48 hours to appear once the parcel has been collected and scanned by the courier company. We kindly ask for your patience during this process.

During collection launches, Black Friday, and the Christmas period, shipping times may be slightly delayed due to high order volumes.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been processed, it is not possible to make changes to the shipping address, items, or sizes included in the order. This is because our warehouse team begins preparing orders immediately to ensure fast shipping times.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. However, you may request a return once the order has been delivered.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, we recommend contacting the courier company directly once you receive the tracking link, as they may be able to assist you with an address modification.


SIZE EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If you ordered the wrong size, you can request an exchange or return through our returns portal:

Return and exchange shipping costs are not covered by HAND OVER and must be assumed by the customer.

All returns must be processed exclusively through our returns portal (Reveni) using our official return labels. Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for returns sent using any other method.


ORDER ISSUES

If you receive an incorrect item, a defective product, or experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package so we can review the situation and assist you as soon as possible.

HAND OVER is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.


DELIVERY & SHIPPING CLAIMS

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe for your country, please contact us including your order number and we will review the shipment as soon as possible.

Please note that we are unable to investigate or process claims for shipments older than 60 days from the shipping date.


HAND OVER SHIPPING COSTS

Australia

Shipping cost is 9 AUD, but it is free for orders over 300 AUD.

United States

Shipping cost is 9 USD, but it is free for orders over 250 USD.

Mainland Spain

Shipping cost is €3.90, but it is free for orders over €90.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla

Shipping cost is €12, but it is free for orders over €180.

European Union

Shipping cost is €4.90, but it is free for orders over €200.

United Kingdom

Shipping cost is £5, but it is free for orders over £200.

Middle East

Some Middle Eastern countries may be subject to an additional +€30 shipping surcharge due to logistics and customs costs.

Rest of the World

Shipping cost is €19.99.


CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

Orders shipped outside the European Union, especially United States (US) and United Kingdom (UK), may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees once they arrive in the destination country.

Please note that these charges are determined exclusively by local customs authorities and are entirely beyond HAND OVER’s control.

During checkout, shipping costs only include the delivery fee and do not include customs duties or import taxes. Once your order arrives in the destination country, the courier company may contact you directly by email with the final amount due and payment instructions.

If you believe the amount charged is incorrect, we kindly recommend contacting the courier company directly so they can review and verify the applied charges.

Customs fees are non-refundable. If these charges are not paid, the parcel may be marked as abandoned by the courier company and, unfortunately, we will not be able to recover or refund the shipment.
