How can I make a return or exchange?

Our return policy states that you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, however, for Black Friday and Christmas orders, our return period has been extended until January 10.
1. Returns or Exchanges
To make a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
To request a refund, you must complete the steps explained in our returns portal.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in all cases.
2. Size or Model Exchange
We offer the option to exchange products for a different size or model.
3. Manufacturing Defect
If your product has a defect or manufacturing issue, please contact us at info@h-andover.com and we will advise you on how to proceed.
4. Delivery Address Error
HAND OVER is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
5. International Returns and Exchanges
At this time, returns and exchanges must be made from the same country where the order was originally delivered. It is not possible to process a return or exchange from a different country.
If, when trying to request a return or exchange through our portal https://returns.reveni.io/hand-over , your region appears as “not available”, please send an email to info@h-andover.com so we can manually enable your region.
