HAND OVER SHIPPING POLICY

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email, and our team will start working to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. If, after the timeframes outlined below for each country, you have not received your order, please contact us with your order number, and we will review the history to provide you with a prompt solution. You will also receive an email with the tracking information for your order, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment at all times.

Hand Over Enterprise SL is not responsible for delivery errors when the address provided by the customer in the order form is incorrect or incomplete.

During collection launches, Black Friday, and Christmas, shipping may experience some delays due to high demand.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled as our warehouse immediately begins processing it. However, you may return the product after receiving it.

HAND OVER SHIPPING COSTS

Australia
Shipping cost is 9 AUD, but it is free for orders over 300 AUD.

United States
Shipping cost is 9 USD, but it is free for orders over 250 USD.

Spain
Shipping cost is €3.90, but it is free for orders over €90.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
Shipping cost is €12, but it is free for orders over €180.

European Unión
Shipping cost is €4.90, but it is free for orders over €200.

United Kingdom
Shipping cost is £5, but it is free for orders over £200.

Rest of the World
Shipping cost is €19.99.


Please note that orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to additional customs charges. These fees are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are entirely beyond our control. HAND OVER is not responsible for these charges and cannot offer refunds for them.

 

During checkout, you can see that shipping costs do not include customs duties or import taxes, only the delivery fee. These charges are not included in the shipping costs, and once your order arrives in your country, you will receive an email from the courier company indicating the final amount due.

 

 

 


CUSTOMS


Additional charges related to import customs may apply for shipments to the following countries:

United Kingdom, Ireland, Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Finland, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Bouvet Island, Isle of Man, Iceland, Åland, Faroe Islands, Jersey, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Mayotte, Montenegro, Norway, Réunion, Serbia, Switzerland, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Turkey, Ukraine, United States (USA), North America, and South America.

Important regarding customs fees:
Please note that customs fees are not charged or managed by HAND OVER, but by your country’s government. Since our logistics center is located in Spain, all orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties. These fees are non-refundable and cannot be compensated.

If the fees are not paid, the shipping company will mark the parcel as abandoned, and unfortunately, we will no longer be able to recover or return it.


UPS/GLS will notify the customer, who will be responsible for covering these charges. For any questions regarding customs management, please contact us at info@h-andover.com for more information and assistance with your shipment.

The recipient is responsible for customs clearance fees and the payment of any taxes as required by the destination country's customs regulations. Import-related expenses are not the responsibility of Hand Over Enterprise SL, and the customer must bear the cost of tariffs.
