RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS
- Complete the Return Form
First, complete the steps provided: Returns and Exchanges Portal. - Package Your Item
Package your Hand Over item just as it arrived. - Follow Shipping Instructions
Follow the instructions provided by our returns portal and attach the return label. - Drop Off Your Package
Take the package to the designated drop-off location. - Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund, which may take 2-10 business days to appear in your bank account.
Please bear in mind that shipping costs are paid by the costumer so they are deducted from your refund.

The shipping price appears before the payment screen when you indicate the shipping address.
There may be additional charges related to import customs for shipments to the following countries:
United Kingdom, Ireland, Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Finland, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Bouvet Island, Isle of Man, Iceland, Åland Islands, Faroe Islands, Jersey, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Mayotte, Montenegro, Norway, Reunion, Serbia, Switzerland, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Turkey, Ukraine + North America & South America.
